This unique green tea is as special as jade jewels. The pan-fried leaves are dark green, bent and tight. The yellow-green liquor is clear and bright. You’re first greeted by a clean and refreshing aroma, followed by a surprising and lasting sweet fragrance of cooked corn. Its taste is sweet and mellow, yet with a whiff of coolness. Brewing Suggestions

  • Traditional Style 

    (Using Gaiwan, Chinese teapot for shorter brews, repeated a few times)

    Tea / Water: 

    2 g per 100 ml of water

    0.1 oz per 5 fl oz of water

    Temperature: 90C / 194F

    Brew Time:

    1st Brew: 30 seconds
    2nd Brew: 20 seconds
    Subsequent Brews: 45-55 seconds

  • Modern Style

    (Using a mug or a bigger teapot for longer brews, repeated once or twice)

    Tea / Water: 

    1 g per 100 ml of water

    0.1 oz per 10 fl oz of water

    Temperature: 90C / 194F

    Brew Time:

    2 minutes
