With over a decade of aging, the tightly rolled Bai Mu Dan / White Peony tea balls unfurl into exquisite leaves, releasing a distinctive aged aroma and woody flavor. This is beautifully complemented by a lingering sweetness and a satisfying hui gan (回甘). 0.18 oz per 5 fl oz of water
Temperature: 95C / 203F
Brew Time:
1st Brew: 1.5 minutes
2nd Brew: 1 minute
Subsequent Brews: 45-90 seconds -
